2. Products and Orders
2.1. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2.2. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colours correctly.
2.3. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, we will refund the full amount paid.

3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Orders are processed on the same day before 2pm. Delivery times vary depending on location.
3.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
3.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply.
3.4. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. We accept returns for any reason (including change of mind) on unused, unopened products within 30 days of receipt of goods. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
4.3. Refunds will be issued for the cost of goods only (excluding original shipping fees) once the returned item is received or a valid tracking code is provided to us.
4.4. If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 2 days with proof of the issue for a replacement or refund.
4.5. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval.

5. Payments and Billing
5.1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, EFTPOS, GPay, Apple Pay.
5.2. All payments must be made in full before an order is shipped.
5.3. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

The Ohh My Glo mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Ohh My Glo (“Ohh My Glo”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Ohh My Glo’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Ohh My Glo through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
